Upcoming Contract Processing Deadlines: Transition from BennyBuy to Workday
As part of the Administrative Modernization Program (AMP), our office will transition contract processing from BennyBuy to Workday.
To support this transition, our office must complete all construction contract processing in BennyBuy by the end of May. To meet this goal, the following deadlines have been set for procurement submissions:

The Construction Contracts Administration (CCA) unit helps the university acquire design and construction services. Our goal is to ensure we get the best value and create contracts that benefit both the university's research and business needs.

Construction Contracts Administration (CCA) is responsible for construction-related procurements and contracts. We partner with Capital Planning and Development on many small and large capital projects for the University. Together, we plan, develop procurements, and execute and administer contracts.
These types of services include, but are not limited to:
- architectural
- asbestos, lead paint, and other abatement
- engineering
- floor coverings
- geotechnical
- land surveys
- major and minor construction
- moving services utilized for department moves
- painting
- reconstruction and repairs
- renovation
- systems furniture
- other services that require installation or attachment to building structures and systems
